Hacking What is the difference between Real Loader and System upgrades?

I was an R4 and M3 Simply user for a very long time. I now just picked up the MS DS Real card, to get the use of the new SDHC capacity, and noticed in the download section here that there are two files that can be downloaded... M3 DS Real Loader and M3 DS Real System. What are the differences?

Same thing.

Just get the one with the latest version number.
