Wii in Wii Mini shell possible?

A question to all the people who regularly open up Wiis
Would it be possible to achieve this? Is this technically even possible? Would this be too hard as a first project?
Result would be a Wii Mini with 480p and Wifi support.

Sure it it possible, you can trim the motherboard to fit into a handheld and it still works.
