Hacking Wii U problem and I need help

I need help with my Wii U and I hope someone can help me.
I have jailbreak it with Aroma and now I can't connect to internet, I was able to connect too internet yesterday and I have problem with Nintedont as well. I get this error.
It's it because Pretendo network are on?

199-9999 Normally means sigpatches missing. The reason it worked before Pretendo might be that you switched the user account AND deleted the old one (which was linked to the NNID).

So add sigpatches as descibed here: https://uwuvci-prime.github.io/UWUVCI-Resources/

And to Aroma devs: +1 reason why you need sigpatches for none warez related things. Still sure the wiiu.hacks.guide should not cover that?

    On the series s/x you can use a external HD but any next gen games must be on your internal ssd, or you can buy a ssd expansion card, but pricey. Any xbone, 360, or og Xbox games can be played from external tho.
