I have a legit Wii2HDMI (wasn't aware that anyone aside from Neoya made them), and they get the job done. Exact same quality as component, but output as HDMI, simple as that. The separate audio jack is an added bonus though, very useful for someone that does a lot of system recording like me.
got a genuine Neoya works great cos of it i can have my wii, sat and brd all on 1 tv input! that's what its used for pay no attention to greater/hd quality

On the series s/x you can use a external HD but any next gen games must be on your internal ssd, or you can buy a ssd expansion card, but pricey. Any xbone, 360, or og Xbox games can be played from external tho.
