Hacking Will using CFW cause a ban if I decide to revert to OFW?

If you reformat the ps4 there shouldn't be any problems, there haven't been that many bans on the ps4 but better be safe than sorry, since the ps4 could keep an internal log of apps used, I know it keeps one for the errors. That's why it's better to just reformat.
Anyway be advised that the latest jailbreakable firmware is 9.00, any higher than that and you can only use mast1c0re for ps2 games but you need a second ps4 on 9.00 or lower for that
