How do you get along with your parents?

I'm actually pretty good with them, except my mom... It's hard to tell her mood sometimes... o_o

Yep, I get along with them well. They trust me a lot and aren't too strict. They advise me, rather than tell me, and respect when I really want to do something, even when they know it could end badly, because they know that learning from my mistakes is better than losing the experience.

The mum is the not-so-serious fun parent while the dad is the strict telling off one.

I've always been the glue in the family (the usual fate of the middle child).

I like to think I get along well with my son.

I think his mother is a bit overly mothering though.

But my son is an only child. I suspect he's a bit spoiled. He's never had to share, never been the reponsible older, or babbied younger child.

But I think he's mostly a responsible middle of the road ordinary kid.
