whether it be for missing or faulty programming, or (even more likely) incorrect Japanese-English translation, there appear to be "broken" cards in this game. i will list here cards from Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's Tag Force 5,but other game comments for erred cards are also welcomed since some of the games allow save data transfer.
these cards either do not work as specified, don't work at all, create anomalous interactions with other cards,or fail to create interactions that should occur. hoping to compile an extensive list of broken cards and hopefully shed light on how to use some of them that may seem otherwise unusable.
Forced Requisition: (PSP GAME TEXT MATCHES OFFICIAL CARD GAME TEXT)not triggered by discarding at end of turn or discarding for self-controlled effects. i think the correct description should include " discard because of an effect controlled by opponent",but i haven't verified it yet.
OFFICIAL AND PSP TEXT
Magical Dimension: this card "breaks" other trap cards by circumventing their activation of effects that negate/deflect spells which target monsters(trap cards that SHOULD be triggered by Magical Dimension are NOT). This card can only be negated with a trap card that negates spells as a whole(with no emphasis on monster targeting). Examples: Fairy's Hand Mirror,Dark Illusion, and Morphtronic Forcefield can not be used against Magical Dimension(though they should be able to).
CRAP! : PSP CARD MATCHES OFFICIAL RULING "Because you select which monster to destroy when "Magical Dimension" resolves, (not when it's activated) "Magical Dimension" does not target." (i will still leave this up in case any1 notices the same problem on the PSP version, despite the broken ruling system )

OFFICIAL TEXT
Major Riot: (PSP TEXT IS NOT THE SAME AS OFFICIAL CARD GAME TEXT)not triggered by self-controlled effects that return creatures to your hand. the official text is "...controlled by opponent",so the PSP game is probably the same, don't know yet. i will update the moment i find out about this and Forced Requisition.
