Almost lost my esflashIII forever!!!

im on vacation and staying at a couple of hotels. We checked out and went to breakfast. While ordering, I realized i didn't get my Gba, cart and all from the nightstand. I quickly went to the van to check our luggage and couldn't find it. I immediately called the hotel notifying about the loss letting them know I'd be right back. They said they check with housekeeping in the meantime. When I get to the lobby and check with the front desk, they didn't have and they set me up a key to check the room. I went right up, there were a couple of maids on the floor. I went to our room and the door was ajar. I went in and check led the nightstand. Nothing there! (Jaw drops). I talked to the maids and they didn't have any idea, so they check with someone else. Another maid comes up and I tell her what I'm looking for. After confirming my loss with her, she hands me my Gba and all. WHEW!!

Realized how irreplaceable my ezflash is. I'd never see one again. Sure, I could get an everdrive, but it's not the same. Anyone else almost lose something like that? Something you couldn't easily replace.

I once went to Washington DC for a school trip and left my camera at the hotel the day we left. Couldn't get it back as I couldn't get back to the hotel and lost all the pictures from the trip :(

I had allegedly lost my SP with Leaf Green inside too, when I was 8...

Not an excessively big deal since I also had a DS, but certainly I was pissed...

...found it a year later, it fell behind a drawer set

A couple of years ago, I went to London on a business trip for one week. I have 2 wallets, one for money and main credit card and ID, and a card wallet that I keep in the safety deposit box for emergencies. It has some very important cards there. It's just that I need to have them in my pocket all the time.

Anyway, so I had to change rooms when I checked in because it was too hot, and luckily for me, I was upgraded. The day I finished my business, I decided to stay the night to see a bit of London and rest before I go back home, instead of flying back immediately.

Next day, as I was about to check out from the hotel, I got a msg from front desk that they found my wallet. I was puzzled. I had my wallet with me, until I remembered the whole safety box thing and immediately realized I never took everything from my old room to the new room!

How lucky was I to get it a week later? How lucky was I to stay a whole day to rest. If it wasn't for that, I would've lost everything there..

I've lost my DS for 2 weeks with Fire Red on it, I was almost about to cry when my mom found it between the couch pillows...
Also I've lost my Pokemon Emerald for more than 2 years, my mom also found it on my room when she was cleaning it and I had searched my whole room looking it!

I traded my EZ-FLASH III to someone here on the forums for an EZ-Flash 4. much less hassle to play games on. Rarity of the cart didn't mean shit to me since the software was a buggy turn and crashed more often than not. That flash cart was a pain in my ass, and I'm glad to be rid of it. Glad you got yours back though. I have a PlayYan micro floating around this apartment somewhere in a box, almost lost it in a move.
