Magnesium citrate

41PHVB-juQL._AC_.jpg

If you're like me you live around the convince of fast food which also means that you've suffered the pain of not being able to shit for an entire week. Magnesium citrate has been a miracle worker for my gut for many years. Why give your doctors office $100 each time you cant poop when you can just buy this stuff for 99c?

Like all miracles they come with misery, don't expect it to taste like cherries, even though some are flavored cherry. However if you can chug down a four loko you'll have no problem drinking one of these.

I also recommend not drinking it when at work or about to be on the go. If you haven't shat for more then a week drink it when you know you'll be alone it's fair warning.

Happy pooping.

Also, Apple Cider Vinegar has saved me from serious stomach aches along with serious throat swelling before (just don't take more than a tablespoon, and mix it with warm water).

I remember casually eating apricots because there wasn't anything else to eat. Ate the whole can. Never again.

I had to go to the ER for constipation (lasted 3 weeks, ended up being prostate cancer at 35 years old) and they didn't do anything. Magnesium citrate was the only thing that helped.

  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:

  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
Speaking of my PS3 i havent downloaded any games yet bc my wifi is too slow
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
and also because blackouts here are very common and that could damage the console
  • MysticStarlight @ MysticStarlight:
Do you have a surge protector or an UPS?
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Yea but to play the next gen games, you must have those games on internal, or buy the official ssd expansion cards, which are expensive
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
@MysticStarlight, dunno what each one of those are
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
@MysticStarlight, my PS3 was already modded when my dad bought it for me and my brother
  • MysticStarlight @ MysticStarlight:
A surge protector is a device that protects your electronics from fluctuations. I recommend having your console plugged into one of those
  • MysticStarlight @ MysticStarlight:
An UPS is even better because it has an internal battery that keeps your system on even if the power goes out, but it's much more expensive obviously
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
@MysticStarlight, oh i recall seeing one in some in the houses of some relatives, including my dad's apartment
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
@MysticStarlight, although whatever device we plug into them stops getting power anyways lol
  • MysticStarlight @ MysticStarlight:
    that's weird
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:

  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
On the series s/x you can use a external HD but any next gen games must be on your internal ssd, or you can buy a ssd expansion card, but pricey. Any xbone, 360, or og Xbox games can be played from external tho.
