After various incidents in my life I gradually decided to distance myself more and more from other humans around me.
Naturally this increases social phobia.
Having full blow panic attacks in a supermarket because getting triggered by nonsense is anything but tolerable and can bring yourself into trouble (nuthouse). Today was one of those days. Buying groceries and an appointment at the bank. I felt helpless and panicked.
If it wasn't for Lora I would have been thoroughly unable to handle what other people do every das without thinking twice.
At times I feel like living just for these scarce hours with Lora and Jack.
