My brother is in China.

My brother went to Shanghi, China earlier this week. So far he is loving it even though people are staring at him because he is about 6'6, people have tried to steal his money, and worst of all he is taunting me because he see's flashcards all around. Its cool though, hopefully he has a good time and gets me a flashcard...

And I wouldn't care much for their flash cards to be honest, European-made CycloDS is the way to go.

Yes people would steal your money...make sure you secure your wallet to your pants. My wife had pockets sown into the inside of her shirt because of that.

Yeah he says people follow him around because he is a tourist and of course tourists have money.

Tell him to either fina a tiny Chinese guy or get a chinese boy, strap him to his his back with a stick. So when people try to steal from him again, they will get a beat down from the chinese guy on his back. Works every time.

my brother's in shanghai too :D
he's been there for a few years with his wife though, every time he comes back he comes with 100 or so dvds/games :P
