360's are always susceptible to bans. its just ms does it in waves. i'm going to laugh pretty hard if the stripped version of the game doesn't fill each disc.

SO happy that this game is coming out! I love Final Fantasy Series (Except FF7, That SUCKED And so did FFXII Stupid Gambit Battle System.) YAY! my copies already paid for.

I'm waiting for it, as it seems to be the first decent Final Fantasy in years. I'm pretty sure it'll be a disappointment, as nothing will ever be as good as VII Still, it might be a good game like the others pre-X.

Wew.. I maybe going to buy the game. But, I hear so much people that find the game dissapointing. I have never played a Final Fantasy on a main console. Can someone convince me to buy it or should I save my money for next month for the release of Red Dead: Redemption?

just because the game itself may have sucked doesn't mean that the characters themselves sucked aswell.

I'm also partially stoked for FFXIII buuuut....I have to say I'm a hell of alot more stoked for the MMO I loved FFXI so I'm hoping the next is even better

This is something that isn't really worth looking forward to.

All of FF7 characters sucked ass.

I will rent this game as I do all promising new releases.
I will play it for one day, get bored, forget I have the game and return it 3 days late for £6 fine.

From what I've read, it seems like this huge backlash against the game is all because it's "too linear" and there's no towns. Personally, I like linear games. I was never fond of huge enormous towns filled with 147 NPCs that all say the same shit but rewritten in one way or another. Besides, the characters seem great, the music is good, the graphics are amazing, the battle system looks really fun, and there's a lot of side missions to do later on in the game. I think I'll really like it.

This game seems to be ff10 (structure/linearity) + 12(battle system) + 7(story/characters)
Even though this sounds like a brilliant game, its been years since a jrpg really entertained me. I'm not keeping my hopes up but secretly i want this to be the next big jrpg kids will be emulating 30 years from now because its considered a classic.

Meh, 12's battle system sucked ass.

It seems I should ready myself for some disappointment. I hope the story and the characters will make up for it.
