History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi

well I've been watching this Anime Series recently and I've just finished watching it (I think, I've only found 50 episodes) and it seemed like it was the end but it also seems like there's more or could be more an after watching the 50th episode I've realised just how much I want to watch more of it, I almost cried at the end of it and not because it was sad but because I couldn't find anymore but enough about me and wanting to watch more of it here's a little bit about the Anime itself:-

Synopsis
"Weak Legs" Shirahama Kenichi would rather spend his time reading self improvement books than fighting. However, when he finally gets up the courage to become strong and join his school's karate club he gets forced into a challenge from an upperclassmen who is trying to get him kicked out. He is about to give it all up until he falls for the mysterious new classmate, Furinji Miu. In order to become strong he undergoes rigorous training at the dojo she lives at, Ryouzanpaku. Here he learns from multiple masters their various martial arts such as karate and Muay Thai and combines them to create his own fighting style. After beating his upperclassmen he soon receives the attention of the powerful gang known as Ragnarok. He becomes backed into a corner and must fight his way out as he becomes stronger and stronger.

in my opinian the Synosis doesn't even come close to this Anime whilst it does explain what it's about that only the start of the story.

The main character is Shirahama Kenichi, when he was younger he was bullied lots because he was "weak" but now that he is older he is on a mission to become stronger but has no idea how to go about it that is until he meets (or rather gets thrown to the floor by) Miu Furingi becoming friends with this person he soon comes to realise she is ALOT stronger than he is and soon enogh realises the reason why, her house is a Dojo (and not an ordinary one at that). An incident occurs where Miu is "attacked" by some thugs and Kenichi jumps in to the rescue to be beaten down at which point Miu saves his life and thanks him for saving her ( ). this is were he decides he's going to become stronger, not to protect himself but to protect the people he loves, his friends and to put a stop to the delinquents running around japan causing havok.



now this in my opinian explains the Anime itself alot more. History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi, is about alot more than just becoming strong and beating the crap out of people, it's about friendship honor and beliefs.

if I've piqued your interest at all, I do urge you to go and watch this Anime I thoroughly enjoyed it and my mini "review" doesn't do it justice in any way.
