Mini-Rant.

This is a rant about people who answer questions on Ask GBAtemp. I've seen some people direct them to Google. The purpose of Ask GBAtemp is to escape all that and get answers from the community, right? It always bothers me when people do that.

Yeah, but there really isn't much we can do about it. :(

And sometimes, it can be a good thing. Maybe there's an article that is full of information, but pretty damn hard to summarize. In those kinds of cases, external websites (and even Google) are pretty darn useful.
 
I think askgbatemp should be followed by failed googling. Then specifying you failed the google search in the post.

There's a box specifically for adding URLs...
