It was clear, I had seen it coming. Not the first time something like this happened in an attempt to bypass the spam filter. Unicode offers many, many characters similar enough to common letters to be readable normally, but not matching some regular expression searching for words or phrases.
ℂ, (Unicode U+2102) – the symbol for the set of complex numbers. So far so normal.
But it seems our poor women for special services are forced to identify as "ℂall girls" now trying to fool them spam filter.
