Both of the guys claim it's real, and I have wondered the same thing, but in any case the concept is still funny... I suppose I just have a dark sense of humour or something.

Come on... That shit is funny... I wouldn't do that to someone else, but it's still funny... I know how to to take red food dye and make my tampons look like real blood. I saw a video of some girl who took red dye and did that to a tampon and then put it on her sisters bed... I would so do that to my sister.

Those guys do mean things to each other and other people... The guy who got the tampon in his mouth, had vomitted in another video and they took the vomit and mixed it into clam chowder and fed it to the other guys mum... That's really gross too, but it was funny.
