This is a theme of the characters Megurine Luka and Meiko from Vocaloid. To apply this theme, you will need to upload the file to go an micro SD card to go in an R4 card. Upload to the kernel file titled "ui themes" or something of the sorts. Create a folder with whatever name you want and decompress zipped file in the folder.

@salazarcosplay Yea with a vpn, my ip address is randomized and not at my address, so my ISP does not know its me pirating. I have never got a bitch letter from my ISP since using a vpn. -
