My first Moonshell 2 'splash.ani' based on VampireX 'Blue XMB' moonshell 2 skin

Made this as I didn't like the default Moonshell 2 splash animation
Since I autorun MS2 with AKAIO I also created a AKAIO Blue XMB skin
(@ http://filetrip.net/f9179-AKAIO-Blue-XMB-1-0.html) to try & make all parts seem to link together
Just unzip & copy into Moonshl2\internal folder to replace the existing splash.ini
