usage: mrtool <command> <infile> [outfile]

commands: -info dumps the .mr header
-bmp converts a .mr to a .bmp
-mr converts a .bmp to a .mr
-inj injects a .mr into an ip.bin
-ext extracts a .mr from an ip.bin
-strip removes logo from an ip.bin
-scan extracts tm and sega .mr files from an ip.bin
