SimpletxtEditor is a simple text editor that can open files in the menu or in-game. It has a simple graphical interface to browse through and modify text files and save the changes. The keyboard characters can also be changed to Japanese.

@salazarcosplay Yea with a vpn, my ip address is randomized and not at my address, so my ISP does not know its me pirating. I have never got a bitch letter from my ISP since using a vpn. -
