Wasabi Firmware Upgrade v1.1 (KOR) v1.1(KOR)

=========================================================
WASABI KOREAN DVD UPGRADE 1.1 **FOR KOREAN WII ONLY** !
=========================================================

Before starting, make sure you have:
====================================
1) A Korean Wii (turned off, with no disc in)
2) A Wasabi chip installed in KOR mode (both jumpers 1 & 2 must be closed)
3) The Wasabi 1.1 upgrade on recordable DVD media
4) Any other disc (backup or original)

Step by step upgrade instructions:
==================================
1) Turn on your Wii and go to the main menu
2) Insert Updgrade disc
3) Wait a few seconds until disc stops spinning (it takes around 5 seconds)
4) Eject the disc
5) Insert any another disc (original or backup). The disc won't spin.
6) The disc will start spinning again after around 45 seconds (then stop). It's the signal that the upgrade is finished. If you don't hear the disc spinning just wait 2 minutes.

Congratulation! You successfully upgraded your Wasabi.

You can now eject the disc, and start playing on your korean Wii !

Recovery Mode :
===============
In case the upgrade is not successful (if you turned off your Wii too early for example), you must run upgrade again, but this time you have to boot in "Recovery Mode". The optional "J" wire must be connected to Wasabi in order to boot in recovery mode:

1) Make sure your Wii is turned off
2) Hold the RESET button on your Wii (don't release it)
3) Turn on your Wii and go to the main menu
4) Insert Updgrade disc
5) Wait a few seconds until disc stops spinning (it takes around 5 seconds)
6) Eject the disc
7) Insert any another disc (original or backup). The disc won't spin.
8) Release the RESET button
9) The disc will start spinning again after around 45 seconds (then stop). It's the signal that the upgrade is finished. If you don't hear the disc spinning just wait 2 minutes.

If the recovery mode doesn't seem to work (disc can't be ejected or doesn't spin) simply unplug all the connectors of your Wii for a couple of minutes and try again.
