Homebrew app Chatting app for the 3DS

Hi. This is not conserning my normal topic, but i wanted to chat with some random persons on my 3ds and i wish there was an homebrew app to meet, chat/voice chat that person to meet them.
Im not capable of building that.

Any devs to make this possible? Thanks!

So far there isn't really any app like that, buuut honestly I do think a client for things like Escargot.chat or something similar would be nice.

Sure there's technically Pictochat, but that's local-only and most people probably don't even have it installed on their 3DS.

The wifi sucks on the 2ds/3ds, so maybe that's why no one has bothered.

I know pokemon oras had voice chat for their online features, so its definitely possible for sure

i think rverse works (miiverse replacement). not exactly instant or private but it is a messaging service.
