I know this is a bit awkward but when I'm trying to load any PS1 .iso file on WiiSXRX, instead of booting the game, it leads to me straight to the main menu of the BIOS. I tried with other roms and even with other BIOS but it gives the same result.
I'm using the latest build, which is the 3.3-FS and using the SCPH-1000 [NTSC-J] bios but also tried with the SCPH-1001 [NTSC-U/C]. I tried with the following roms:
  • Persona 2: Innocent Sin with fan-transaltion v.1.0a [NTSC-J]
  • Revelations: Persona [NTSC-U]
  • Shin Megami Tensei with fan-translation version 1.1 [NTSC-J]
Everything is detected by WiiSXRX. I also made sure that the BIOS file is loaded from USB, in the settings.
I'm using a Wii Mini in version 4.3E, it that matters.

Does your games have a CUE file in order to work?
Time ago we had a similar issue https://github.com/xjsxjs197/WiiSXRX_2022/issues/75

The solution is running the games from a CUE file.
You can generate CUE files for your ISO files here
https://cuegenerator.teriffy.cz/
I tried using the CUE and BIN files that came with the ISO and still nothing. Stuck with 0 FPS. I tried with the cue files of Silent Hill (NTSC-U) and it worked. Probably it's not compatible, even though it's weird since it's sprite-based games.

update: All of them worked on dynarec. Thank you :)
