Mobile spawner and I believe acnh poker also have an option to freeze the map.
It will refill once someone arrives or leaves

Check youtube, it's not that hard at least with mobile 1 button it's all that it needs

Make a backup of your save on ryujinx, not sure if jksv could work.
Edit with nhse and inject back, I'm sure it's possible

Can't walk over water but can change everything on the map to flat, I don't have any water in my game

I have everything flat in my map. But on treasue Island you can walk on the edges in the sea.
Cant find out how to do this.

If the island was all flat,yeah it's possible to walk on some edges, but it's not like that can be changed on nhse or something similar
