Alpha 0.4 posted, intro finished (you can walk home with the girl if you want) and you can explore your house. Also shows off "scene triggers" - custom events for meeting certain other criteria. Got the step-mom finalized and a line-art sprite, also another character named Oliver. Here's a preview:
Bloop! I haven't died, but I've been working on porting this to run on PC-- and it's almost done! Maintaining the 3DS and PC port will be a snap since the actual gameplay is more or less just a section of script code so I can copy and paste it from one to the other and compile to update both.

Sorry I went to Vegas with my friends for my 21st birthday xP I'm driving back now but then have to leave again for a couple days @.@ I'll try and add more content soon, but I gotta save up to buy the art assets too. Also the PC port is done except I'm having trouble getting word wrapping to work.
100% (60fps) it's just a visual novel, those require like 1fps lol. There is a citra bug currently that causes showdown loading sprites but should be fixed soon. why not just try it?

Holy-moly, that was a trial getting text wrapping to work and not cut off words, here is a super early version for PC if you wanna try it. The graphics don't line up yet because I'm scaling up currently instead of re-making the sprites at the proper resolution, I'll work on that now @.@

@SylverReZ, atleast the 1999 versión of pico's school is avaliable (the difference between it, the 2006 versión and the 2016 versión is that the speed of the game depends of the speed of your computer and that it had the og soundtrack)

@Xdqwerty, Nope. There are two download buttons on the same page, where you can download the original under a file called "bear.exe". "bear2.exe", however, is the updated game in a Flash projector. P.s. this was on the archived Pico page from 2000.

Fun fact @SylverReZ: iirc one of the goals on the fnf Kickstarter stated that pico 2 would be finished but the Kickstarter didnt get enough money for that goal to be fullfiled
