1) open the dev portal

2) open up the add appx option

3) use inspect element and look for the <div class="form-group" id="xboxdeployment-deploynewapp-toggleerauwp-formgroup" hidden=""> tag

4) remove the hidden attribute so that it looks like this <div class="form-group" id="xboxdeployment-deploynewapp-toggleerauwp-formgroup" >

your down now the add menu should look like this

this is not permanent but which ever you are on will be the one it is on next time so you only need to repeat this to switch back
