Hi guys BDSP's radar system is already bugged. With that x101 chain is pretty much pointless. Because after that number we can't get anything with guaranteed IV. We need an always x99 cheat for 1.3.0 and old cheat need to replace with that. Because it's making sense. Please could you help to me ?

I thought they would've fixed the IV bug by now.
I'll update the cheat that fixes the IV's tonight.

Nope, sadly they didn't fix it. And probably could never fix like some other bad glitches for example disappearing PC boxes, weirdly aligned attack animations etc. But in either case x99 chain will work even if they fix it someday.

"Could never fix" is quite wrong. The devs are always able to fix their code.
Would they fix it however, at this point it's almost certainly, not happening.

I am Playing Brilliant diamond, im just wonderung whether there is a cheat for the Item since there is no way to get it normally in the game.

That's because they don't exist in this game.

I'm dumb. I thought the warp wasn't enabled until you beat the trainer and the door is open, but yeah your suggestion work, thanks.
