Feedback 2 Ps5 disc version in hand one at 4.50 and one at 3.20. Should I keep the 4.50 ps5 offline as well?

Just as the title suggests I already had a ps5(bought in feb 2021) as my primary ps5 and not going online but playing lots of games on 3.20. Yesterday i was able to secure any brand new ps5 disc version but it was on 4.50. Should i keep both offline or take the 4.50 online? Is 4.50 fw jailbreakable? I have seen on youtube that the 4.50 is also exploitable via webkit.

Iirc up to Firmware 5.00, but lower is always better.

imo, you should use one as legit, the higher firmware one, then hold off on the other.

You did not read/understand my question, I do play games installed on my 3.20 ps5, recently finished ff7 remake/intergade on it... I have updated my 4.50 ps5 to 5.50 and kept my og ps5 on 3.20... Waiting for my blueray writer to come all the way from japan.

They say one of the exploit is patched in the 4.5, but another one work upto 5.0.0.

If i have 2 PS5, i would just keep the 3.2 one offlline and just update and play online with the other PS5. who knows if JB is even coming, it could be couple months or couple year.

I just want to know if this JB will work like switch, that works on all FW or if we need to wait for every FW update like PS4 then i dont even think its worth it

I just bought PS5 and luckily it FW 4.5 and now still waiting for this

Although the OG Japan Psps at 1.00 could load Eboots right out the gate.

PS3 allow you to play every game without waiting for firmware crack as well
