Would you mind reminding me how to use these mods? I put bid text file under atmosphere>contents>tid>cheats but 60fps sifu does not work

I see Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 and Ninja Gaiden 3 30fps codes, but no Ninja Gaiden Sigma sadly. Could anyone make a 30fps code for Ninja Gaiden Sigma? Thank you in advance!
