You claimed the screen was quite strong, it's not.So the first video, a durability test, is a man taking a razor blade to his system. What do you expect to happen?
All of those "launch problems" are rare and as many people have said are not exclusive to other console launches. Hell I would say PS4 had it worse at launch, broken disc drives etc. Zelda maintains 30fps just fine almost always, Ive put over 60 hours into it so I would know.

And no BOTW does not maintain 30FPS. Entirely possible as such a bad gamer you don't see the pitiful 20fps drops. What's worse it drops to 20FPS at a pathetic 900p.
The joycon, and screen being scratched by dock are certainly not rare at all.
It might be rare now but eventually your screen will get some dead pixels and Nintendo will not help you. Those people who got huge clusters of dead pixels on new switches then Nintendo says "Dead pixels are normal for LCD screens and are not considered a defect."
