Hello, i don't have edited any flags, i just have myself some stuff, edited out villager to recruit New one via mistery Island and cheat code generator.

I didn't have this game on me emunand. Si , yeah it's all on m'y sysnand.

I even used Edizon overlay on sysnand with ACNH.

I know it's not sage, but i did all this offline, wifi setup was deleted and Switch was restricted in my wifi network

I'll let you guys know if i get ban

But i play online with AC, people Can join me, i Can join Island.

I have a banned cfw switch with sx os and a legit switch
If i use the cfw switch to clone and make nook miles, and then visit the island with local connection from my legit switch to drop them, will that cause a problem?

Friend of mine got banned for using NHSE and JKSV to inject an updated save. Same ban that happens when you update save in Smash

I have been transferring millions of bells with my CFW to another non hacked switch local then i transfer back to my legit game so far no ban even i transfered items.

with the questions u can only think that people were banned with not hacked switches, but for hacked items.

Seems like a very vague statement. A "hacked game"? Maybe if the game is pirated, perhaps the legitimate copy or something will pick up on it, and ping Nintendo or something the next time you go online. Otherwise if you don't have cheats enabled during local play, I don't really see how the game could be viewed as "hack".

Also worth mentioning, that during local play between a non-hacked Switch and a legit switch, I noticed that local play will immediately drop upon attempting to connect if the game on the hacked Switch has anything on the town that shouldn't be there by design, the game naturally refuses to connect with towns that have things edited that should otherwise be impossible by normal play.

i asked if there's a diff between sending yourself items via turning your cheats on local play and giving your (legit) switch items but honeslty i think it would be treated the same

Yeah you probably will. Changing your name in NHSE isn't reliable yet. From what I heard from other people, changing your name causes you to not be a resident in your island anymore.
