Hacking Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney Trilogy - Asking for no penalty mod

I'm playing Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney Trilogy on the switch.
I love these games, but I really hate the penalty system.
I think it' so useless, because I save before presenting an evidence, and if it's wrong and I found the correct evidence I load the save game.

It would be nice, if there is a way to deactivate the penalty system or that it have no effect if the health is empty. Could please anyone write a mod for this?

A friend told me, that it's easier to get a cheat for this. So I want to ask for this.

As the cheats in the thread @Arithon posted above are not in the cheats archive I made the file by myself.
Here is the upload.
Unpack it into \atmosphere\contents as any other cheat and use it. Hope it could help someone else.
Also thanks @ThorHammer for finding out and posting the cheats. Great job.

...you can just save before having to make any decision or show evidence, y'know.
If you want to see like the dialogue of the wrong choices, just, save then reload the game?
