Heard that a User sent a Message to Gameloft about the Connection Issue and the Offline Mode. So hopefully there will be a upcoming Update fixing the Issue.

Thought - Anyone able to use Incognito / Incognito RCM to run the Game Online to get the Offline Mode/Quick Races Unlocked???? Wondering if that would be possible or not.

Only other possible is to wait until SX Releases the new Internal Mod, once CFW is good, I can hopefully backup my Save and Post it with the hope that it will work.

I don't recommend swapping with Incognito everytime, even running AMS one time on your Switch may get you banned. The only solution is to play Asphalt on a 100% clean Switch and then install AMS again when you can play offline.

When SX will release its internal mod, it wont change anything since its main goal is to make ipatched Switch to launch a non-signed payload, so people will have the same abilities as our non-ipatched Switches.
You can get all your data off of a Nand backup thoughts !

And also, there may be a way to share a savedata made from JKSV... But I don't have the patience to do that atm

So Incognito CAN be a way of getting it? Would just need to do it 1 time, but the only Issue is, my Patched Switch is Legit, where I have Unlocked Offline and the Challenges.
My AMS / SX Switch is the problem. Would Nin or even the Asphalt Servers be able to Detect the NSPs or the fact of it being Modified while I am attempting to run it? Possibly also that I am on a slightly lower FW? I know it would only take about a Hour or 2 to do. In all that time, would it be possible for problems?

Don't be reckless and get yourself banned. The best thing you could do is pass the save to someone else who is more experienced and can look at the data. It's hard to say if the flag for the offline time limit is in the save data itself or programmed into the game. The best idea would be to have 2 saves with the offline activated with an online switch and then two saves with those same saves deactivated on an offline switch. then we can see if a variable changed which can be modified. But you wouldn't be able to do this with a straight backup alone.

The savedata is encrypted by console's unique device id, so it's useless unitl someone make a proper keygen/crack.

Yeah, I noticed that. Looked at my Save and another Save, and saw Device. CRAP!!!!! So basically when SX OS Releases that new method for the Patched/Lite Units, I will be able to run mine.

Am I correct that when the System is Set Up for SX OS or AMS, the Games already on the System (Purchased/Downloaded from Nin eShop) can still be run?

If the game is in fully Offline mode, then yep.

The game requires an internet connection just to start up,whether you set it to offline mode or not before making the save and exporting it.

I tried this the other day, same switch, exported from sysnand to emunand. Internet Connection required

OK, so somehow it can be done. So we just need a way to get a Save Injected in it. Then we can get Cheats going

EDIT - Wait a minute.........SX OS has Incognito in it right? Can that be used to run Asphalt 9 to the point where I get 23 Flags done? Not sure if it was asked or not. Just a though.

OK, so apparently the User that created the Asphalt 9 Cheats somehow is using Atmosphere Online. There is a Update Alert when he Runs the Game, so he is not using 90DNS. If Users run Incognito, can you run a Game Online enough to get certain sections Unlocked? So yeah, seriously wondering how he got Atmosphere to Run Online.
Wait.......now I am thinking SysNAND / EmuNAND. In which case, I can not do it, because my System is just SysNAND
