Awesome internship.

So, a while ago, my GF started playing WoW too.
Since I was in some serious raiding guild, she couldn't join that one, so she went looking for a guild on her own.
Eventually she found one.
And Wtf, a close neighbour of her was the leader of that guild!
I was a little sceptic at first, but apperantly he also was the brother of a friend of my GF's mother.
Some weeks later I joined that guild too on a low level character.

And it turns out, that guy has an own company in IT!
And yea, they were looking for interns in programming!

So that's where I'm going on internship now. It's a company that's specialized in making websites/CMS's for schools.
But I think they also do some network stuff, but, care, I'm a programmer.

Can you imagine? Going on internship at your Guild Leader in some video game?

WoW was a better social networking tool for me than myspace and facebook ultimately.

Most of the friends I've made from WoW since 2006 no longer play but still keep in touch.

My boyfriend of 2 1/2 years I met through WoW and if it hadn't been for that I don't think I would have found him interesting because he's younger than me.
