Black Tiger/ Black Dragon arcade DS emulator by FluBBa
The emulator author extraordinaire known as FluBBa, author and contributor to a great many emulators you might have used on your GBA or DS over the years, dropped by the forums to share a release of a new DS emulator, apparently the first of many to come. In this case an arcade emulator for Black Tiger, Black Dragon in Japan, a not so well remembered but otherwise well liked 1987 arcade side scrolling beat em up from Capcom.
It is still early stages, indeed you might want to go to the graphics options menu and select unscaled, but never the less allows a soundless arcade version to be played rather than one of the home console ports that you might previously have been limited to.
