Can I set up my own Wii Shop Channel Server?

Hello. This is sort of my first post.
I was wondering, I have a collection of official Wii Wads and would like to host them privately on my home server.
What I wanted to do is:
Make a server that the Wii Shop Channel can access.
Trick the Wii Shop Channel to access my server instead of Nintendo's NUS.

Please do I've been looking everywhere for one
But put homebrew instead of real Wii things due to piracy
