Hacking Can I use WiiConnect News or Weather

Well lets tell the story-- Got a new wii

Well I seem to have a good handle on everything up to now

1 - Installed HBC - I have beta 8

2 - Installed CIOS 249

3- Installed Gamma 3 w/channel working great !

4- Used CIOS Downgrader to upgrade from 3.1U to 3.2U - no problems

5- Used Shop Channel patch

So far so good

However I can't use any channels that use the internet without wiiconnect
and when I go to wii connect
I get user agreement dated Nov 17 2008

So atm am I stuck or is there a work around
What other channels can't I use ?

That agreement is meant for firmware 3.4

Just accept it.

Yea won't 3.4 kill my HBC and or ability to install wads. Why would you suggest installing 3.4
From my reading everyone is saying to stay away

So what gives

Accepting the EULA agreement is not updating.

Updating to 3.4 = hitting the Update button.
