hey there I get this response on tegrarcm when injecting latest hecate file

Can someone help me understand what I might be doing wrong? I updated files on latest atmosphere and downloaded tegrarcm and deleted the instructed files in favorites folder and favorites notepad

* Did you start out with a working Switch? (What version of firmware/Atmosphere/Hekate?)
* What did you do after that to get to the point you're in now? (What did you install?)
* Were there any symptoms that may lead you to believe that there's some sort of hardware problems?
* Have you tried to re-install the latest versions of Atmosphere/Hekate/Sigpatches?
* Have you checked your SD card for errors?

I've reinstalled the latest versions of Atmosphere and Hekate but I don't recall learning about the sig patches

download the newest atmosphere, hekate and sig patches and overwrite all the files in the microsd and see if it works

download the newest atmosphere, hekate and sig patches and overwrite all the files in the microsd and see if it works

good advice.

While in there:
make sure you make the required changes to hekate_ipl.ini (no more fusee-secondary…or sept folder for that matter)
make sure you downloaded the latest compatible fusee.bin.

(this info is in the atmosphere release note.)

I was trying to say - I did that. I've done these steps I'm pretty sure.

I keep hearing about making sure fusee gets replaced so I just put the fusee.bin file in my sd card with the fusee-primary and secondary... hope that changes something..

The part that’s important is the payload line.

payload=bootloader/payloads/fusee.bin

(edit for clarity)

the rest are tweaks to change graphics and stuff and spelling out some defaults in case you want to change them. I typically go for minimal and build up but it’s not critical.

Good deal. Glad you’re up!

There’s no 100% safe mode, but powering up and booting into stock OFW is the safest you’re going to get. You can boot that through hekate (the other boot option) or just let it boot normal without injecting anything and it will boot official firmware.

READ the home page of hekate. It tells you exactly how to set it up. You create an entry in hekate_ipl.ini that has stock=1. "safe mode" isn't what you use to play a game...

I'm so sorry brother can you break down what you just said for me? I FIGURED OUT stock ofw is official firmware!

I can boot through hekate (by any chance do you mean tegrarcmgui??) or let it boot normally? How do i boot normally

EDIT: WHen I try to boot normally, it auto sends me to CFW and when i boot from hecate injecting payload it auto sends me to cfw...
