Can we change the refresh rate from 60Hz to 45Hz?

I find something interesting in hekate,maybe it needs to change some codes in pcv to achieve 45Hz,like switch-oc-suite.

The refresh rate of the steam deck is not 45hz. Also the refresh rate is a limit of the display itself. The Switch's display cannot display past 60hz.
You can actually adjust the refresh rate of the Steam Deck on the fly. I play a lot of games at 40 or 45hz if they can't reach 60 FPS, or to preserve battery life. Personally, I'd love to see something like this as well on the Switch, but it probably takes a lot of work.

I believe it can be done, just need's someone with the appropiate knowledge to do so. Screens in general are more difficult to overlock than underclock, so going from 60hz to 40hz or 45hz should be good for most screens, i hope the switch can get this feature from some homebrew tool soon.
