Can you hook up an external controller when playing DS games?

Unable to dump OTP.bin

Got this WiiU with flashing blue light. Defusing worked and I can get into minute. I dumped Seeprom, SLC.raw and SLCCMPT.raw before I did anything. Trying to dump OTP with PRSHhax fails with message: Unknown dev boot1 version: v1610612831...

I really enjoy playing the DS games on Wii U. I would however connect a wireless blue tooth controller such as one from 8bit do. Can I do that?
