CEMU Game Conversion?

Hey all, So, I'm trying to run Donkey Kong Country 64 PRACTICE ROM, on CEMU.

I downloaded the base game, managed to patch it so that it's now a DK64 practice ROM, and I've injected it & used the correct Config file using PhacoxsInjector.

However, it's still in encrypted format, I need to convert it so that it has the 'Code, Content and Meta' folders so I can use it with CEMU, but not sure how to do it... There's no way to see the patched game in the Wii U USB Helper software, probably because it doesn't match the original game anymore.

This is what I have, and I'm sure it's a simple fix but I'm just lost... A little help would be greatly appreciated!

There is an option in Phacox's injector on the "Injecting" tab on the left saying "Do not pack" - this should produce the format with "code", "content" and "meta" directories.
You can also use CDecrypt to get this format out of packed one and NUSPacker for other way around
