No need for cfw. You can run homebrew cias on there already, is it practical? Not really, but you can do it

If only a 3DS emulator existed, as opposed to the current HLEs (that by definition are more about "running 3DS software" rather than "accurately implementing the complete 3DS system")...

Probability of it happening is 0% to be honest. The existence of cfw is for the official hardware itself

Citra is not a low-level emulator so you can't run ARM9 software like GodMode9 or Luma3DS in it. Citra supports 3GX plugins so you can run CTGP-7 in it.

i thankfully got it working. it was a pain to find the 1.2 update file. lol
