Convert to vWii wads not converting

I've installed the Convert to vWii wad file app, and it doesn't want to read the wad I have. When I drag my wad file into the Convert2vWii.bat app in the folder, I get an error message that says "Unable to open file" after it extracts the wad. Is there a fix for this?

This is for forwarder WADs, and nothing else like Virtual Console or WiiWare.
