So basically I use a new separate switch account (same hacked switch) and I haven't played ACNH on it yet. I was wanting to restore my save via JSKV from my old account and resume that. I don't want to do it if it will result in a ban.. was thinking of doing one of these options:

Changing the save file slightly, maybe a new player name, currency, villager, island layout etc.

Starting a new game and playing the intro then edit the file and add items/money to make me progress through the game quicker to get to where I need to be.

Starting a new game and playing the intro then edit everything i.e all 10 villagers, island layout, money/items. (I feel this is the most risky)

So if you know any other options or if one of my options seems good let me know! :ha:

In the past I have always edited my villagers/items/island layout offline then played online and have been fine.

I have never heard about anyone getting banned because of ACNH save files.
Only SmashBros where people would hack the savefiles to gain some advantage over other players.
Some maybe in the case of ACNH they are not monitoring those save files.

Dr Dre produced obviously also, so I'm sure they paid a pretty penny just to use it

Nope, the rights to "ABRACADABRA" are owned by "Sailor Music Group", so I'm sure it cost them to use it. Its not owned by Steve Miller band even anymore.
