PS1/2 Datel PS2 64M Merory Card

I formated my 64m Max memory card using Datel's Max Memory Sofware, but now it only shows up as a 32M card on my PS2, anyone know any sofware that will format all 64M of the card?

after some research i found that this is a known issue with the Max Memory Software and the 64M cards, I just need to update to the latest software and all should be ok.

So after all this time i still have not got the latest verion of action replay, the version is no where on the web and I can not order a specific version from anywhere (so i could buy a version older than the one i have)...
Ive read that a .elf file called mcformat can reformat my card to 64m, i have no idea how to use it though, has anyone tried this or can some one give me a walkthough
