Ok I haven't laughed so hard...finish the daily training namely which way is the C pointed, baseball, boxing, and something else about C...anyway this lady comes on and has you rotate your neck around in circles then the funny part. She says to move your eyeballs up and hold it for 3 seconds, then down hold for 3 secs, then left, then right and do again. Then rotate your eyeballs around in a circle...oh man that's some funny stuff. Then close your eyes and hold it. Anyway it made me laugh...yeah I know it's just eye exercises and is probably good stuff it's just how serious she sounded it reminded me of seeing a Japanese Police doing their daily morning exercise routines.

the only difference is that 力 is chikara, not shikara. therefore, it's dji instead of ji. (dji is usually written ji anyway, though, i think... depending on romanization system used.)
