DS GameMaker not working even in administrator mode

It's hard to know what the exact problem is even after translating your image text to English with Google Translate.
It might have to do with whatever sprite you are possibly using or with the way you installed DS Game Maker.
Are you able to press the "Test Game" button for a blank project file and actually run the empty game in the Nintendo DS emulator that normally shows up after doing so?
If there was a problem with the way you installed DS Game Maker I recommend following the steps from the below tutorial I made or sharing your project file (.dsgm) so that I can examine it.

I may try the new ram site, and download more RAM to my Switch. Not sure if ddr3 is the right ram+1
