Homebrew Question EdiZon cheats are always active

i was having issues on 16.1.0fw, and I had update my ovlEdiZon.ovl, ovlmenu.ovl ovlSysmodules.ovl, sys-clk-overlay.ovl files. because it would crash when selecting codes from tesla overlay, I then updated the Nx-ovlloader, and also had to
; dmnt_cheats_enabled_by_default = u8!0x1
change that to:

dmnt_cheats_enabled_by_default = u8!0x0 and dont forget to remove the --> ;

where is this file you updated? my atmosphere/config folder is empty
