cIOS38 Rev17
2g SD card (Non-SDHC)
I recently decided to give triiforce a try so I used simple fs dumper to dump my nand to my usb hd. I chose the full dump option. Everything went well with that. Then I tried to install a wad using Wad Manager 1.5 Folder Mod3. I have a 20Gig Fat32 partition (set as Active) and then the rest is WBFS. I chose ios249, then USB 2.0 as my nand emu device, then USB 2.0 as my source device. When I tried to install any wad I would get a Error ret = -1017 every time. I searched for hours trying to figure out why and I came to the conclusion that this was because I was installing from and to the same device. I then tried to copy some wads to the sd card and install the the nand emu from there. I got the same -1017 error again. So then I tried using the Wad Manager LAN edition 1.0 and installing the wads from my PC, same error. I've searched around and can't seem to come up with a reason for this, is there something that I am overlooking? I really wanted to start using triiforce so that I wouldn't have to keep swapping out sd cards for my wiiware and VC games. Sorry if this has already been answered, I have been searching for the last couple of hours though and haven't been able to find a fix.
