Hacking Gamecube game problem?

When I try to play Zoids Battle Legends for the Gamecube in the Wii (Backup), I can't get pass the "Licensed by Nintendo" screen. It's just stuck there.
I have a modchip, so no software like Gamecube backup launcher (Although I did try it too, same result).
The game is NTSC and I have a PAL Wii, so I figured that might be the problem?
Any help?

Use this to patch the region of the game - and if you like, put a few games on one disc.

i believe as of now, no GC Loader runs the Zoids games, they all have problems. check the compatability area tho to be sure.
